FAQ
Do you take custom orders?
YES! We welcome and absolutely love working on custom orders. We want to help your ideas come to life! We will work with you every step of the way!
Once we get a general idea of what you are wanting, we will create a listing for you to pay for your item (we require full payment of items up front in order for production to start). We will narrow down any fine details after payment is made. We can also do check-in's throughout the process upon request, otherwise we will work based off our discussion with you for your items.
There is no refunds on custom orders, because of their personalized nature. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us, so that we can work with you to get it remedied as quickly as possible.
How long will it take to get my product after I order?
Due to the nature of our items being made to order and custom, our standard turnaround time for most all of our items is 1-3 weeks. We strive to complete items as quickly as possible, while also working around our full-time jobs and creating new products. There may be times, especially around the holidays or for a large custom order, that we may need to extend our production time, but we will notify everyone if that change occurs.
*Please note that these times include only our time to make the item; shipping time is dependent upon the carrier and the shipping options chosen at the time the order is placed. If you need your order expedited or by a certain date, a rush fee may be added.
Can Items be picked up instead of shipped? If so, where?
Yes- they can! We offer local pick-up at your convenience at our shop in Marion, VA located at 4685 Lee Hwy Marion, VA 24354.
*Until we get our package vault in to secure pickups, all pickups will be sat at the house next door at 4677 Lee Hwy. They will be put under the front porch on the bench in a wood crate with our business sign on the front of it.
Those that select local pick-up at checkout will recieve an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please be sure to check your spam folder as these emails could go there. If you haven’t picked up within a week, I will usually message you on Facebook or text you if you put your number in at checkout. You will have 4 weeks to pick up before we invoice you for shipping. If the shipping invoice isn’t paid within 2 weeks, we will put your items back up for sale again (if possible). We don’t have the space to hold onto items for a long period of time, so please pickup as soon as you can after you recieve your pick-up email. We also understand that things come up and that you may not be able to get here quickly to get your items. Just let us know- we will work with you within reason.
Our shop currently does not have open hours for the public, but we can schedule meetings with you on a case by case basis.
