Shipping policy
Our current processing time is 2 weeks (10 business days). Items that note they are ready to ship will ship more quickly than made to order items, unless bundled with a made to order item. Please be sure to read descriptions on each product to know the specifics of that item.
Processing times are in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include Holidays, any day the Post Office is closed, days we are on vacation, or time we are away for in person events.
if you need an item sooner than our turnaround time noted, please contact us and we will work with you to get you your item as quickly as possible, but a rush fee may be incurred.
Shipping is calculated based on size/weight of items and you proximity from us, but we will give you choices, if available, for different carriers.
Once we hand a package over to a shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for how long it takes to arrive or if it is lost or damaged. Please refer to our Returns section for information regarding those issues.
Once a package is marked delivered, we are not responsible if it stolen. If a package is stolen after being marked delivered, please contact your local shipping carrier to get geo-location of your package and file a police report. A Route claim may be processed, if you chose to add it to your order, in this instance.
