Refund policy

We have a no return/ no refund policy. All sales are final. 


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately(within 3 days of receiving item) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All packaging must be saved and photos taken to process insurance claims. Buyer must be willing to take items to USPS for inspection, if necessary, to satisfy insurance claim investigation. If ROUTE Insurance is added to order, please go through them for any return needs. 


Exceptions 
There may be instances where we mix up an order, misunderstood what you requested, etc. We will work with you on a case by case basis to come to a resolution for your specific situation. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not allow exchanges, unless we made an error with your order. We will take these on a case by case basis to come to a resolution. 


Refunds
If your situation is deemed to need a return/refund, you will be responsible for sending items back, if requested (whether at your own cost or through a label provided by us- depending on your situation). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, as well- we have no control over that timeline.
